The FLEX 250/300 is a versatile and robust welding machine, ideal for manufacturing a wide variety of foundation elements from straight or bent bars, legged grids, footings, wall rises, flat grids and much more.

Production versatility

Mounted on a sturdy frame, it features automatic traverse cylinders capable of welding more than 20 longitudinal bars (up to 24 on the FLEX 300). Its mobile heads allow working with panels featuring legs on one or both ends, with no interference during extraction.

It also supports welding of straight or bent-end transverse bars for footings or wall starts.

The system operates with medium-frequency welding technology, which allows adjusting programs based on the product type, optimizing time and results.
