The MWM series is designed to offer maximum flexibility and adapt to each client's specific requirements. Thanks to its modular structure, different levels of automation can be configured, allowing progressive system expansion as production grows.

This installation is intended for manufacturing welded wire mesh, starting from cold-drawn or hot-rolled steel bars, cut to size (from Ø4 mm to Ø16 mm).

Automatic feeder

The system, mounted on linear guides, supports the loading mechanism. Equipped with multiple pneumatic grippers, the feeder firmly holds the longitudinal bars and positions them precisely at the welding station, thanks to a high-precision servo-actuated system.

Welding station
Welding station

Mounted on a solid structure, this station incorporates longitudinal welding heads. The system is managed by AC controllers that activate transformers, allowing precise adjustment of welding current and time. Thus, both the diameter and number of bars to be welded can be varied.

Key advantage: High welding speed, optimizing process performance. Adaptability to different mesh configurations without major mechanical adjustments.

The module includes a high-capacity hopper (up to 2 000 kg) for pre-cut bars. The system selects and positions each bar accurately over the longitudinal wires, thanks to highly reliable selection mechanisms.

This system continuously feeds the automatic loading shuttle, ensuring a steady production pace and reducing stops for manual refills.

This robust feeding trolley, mounted on linear guides and fitted with pneumatic grippers, is powered by a servo motor that allows precise control of spacing between transverse bars.

Support and panel stacking system
Support and panel stacking system

Once welding is complete, the advancing trolley moves panels to the unloading area, where the stacking module receives them carefully, lowering smoothly to the optimal position. The containment flaps open automatically, allowing orderly and precise stacking.
